What data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you: your name, phone number, email address, and your vehicle preferences (vehicle of interest, budget, financing preferences, trade-in details, and appointment date/time). If you use our chat or voice assistant, we also store the conversation so an advisor can follow up with context.
How we use your data
To answer your inquiries, schedule showroom visits and test drives, prepare financing or trade-in estimates, send you appointment confirmations and follow-ups, and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so we can stop showing ads to people who already contacted us.
We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site (hosting, database, email delivery) and, when required, with the financing partner you explicitly ask us to work with.
Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms
If you submit a Lead Ad (Instant Form) on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered in that form — typically your name, phone number, email address and vehicle interest — with Nabyek Motors so that we can follow up with you by phone, text or email about the vehicle or offer you inquired about. That data is used for the same purposes described above and is subject to this policy. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
We keep lead information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you — just reach out using the details below and we will act on it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses basic local storage to remember your language choice and saved favorites, and advertising/measurement tools from Meta to understand which campaigns generate inquiries. We do not use this data to build profiles beyond campaign measurement.
